“The concerns parents have about the air quality at District Heights Elementary is an example of the lack of transparency and sensitivity seen when dealing with the Prince George’s County Public School system. We hear some mold testing and air quality testing has been done but there are still too many unanswered questions when did it start? How much testing will be done in the building? Does PGCPS have a schedule for testing the air in schools? If so, they haven’t told a lot of people about it–they certainly haven’t told the parents and loved ones of the children who attend District Heights Elementary. It’s time for PGCPS to give parents some clear answers.”
